Native Android client for Galene

The Galene videoconferencing server ships with a web client, which is recommended for general usage. The native Android client has the following features:

screen-sharing;
much lower resource usage than a full web browser.

The native client has the following limitations:

audio-only (no video);
no file transfer;
no interface for inviting users.
